Wire EDM
We are enjoying our 50th year in
the Prototyping Services Indsutry. Newko specializes in all aspects of
electrical discharge machining (EDM). Exotic alloys, polycrystalline,
nitinol, and neodymium are just a few of the materials that are able to be
EDM-ed at our facility. A complete CAD/CAM system is used for any
engineering assistance you may need and for machine tool path generation.
DXF and PRO-E files are the most commonly used, however most CAD files are
acceptable. All work is done at our new climate controlled building
located in palatine, Illinois. Being ISO 9001 compliant; we are an
approved EDM source for many major medical, cellular and automotive
companies
